Top bunks are left unmade for flexibility. Sheets are not provided for the trundle, twin air mattress, or pack ’n play. 🏡 Reel Serenity House Rules Parking: • The paved driveway accommodates multiple vehicles • Additional parking may use the grass area beside the driveway/trash bins • Please do NOT park on the gravel road beside the driveway, as it serves as emergency access and a walkway for the neighboring home • No parking in the front yard or along the street Registered Guests Only: •Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. •Unauthorized guests are not permitted without prior approval. Unapproved overnight guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. This policy helps us comply with local regulations and maintain the quality of our home for all guests. Booking Requirements: •Guest must be 25 years or older and remain on the property for the duration of the stay. No Parties or Events: •To preserve the comfort of our home and neighborhood, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. •Please keep noise levels respectful, especially during quiet hours, and ensure all gatherings remain consistent with the number of registered guests on the reservation. •Please treat Reel Serenity with the same care and respect you would your own home. •Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and/or additional fees for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of local regulations. Smoking: •No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is permitted anywhere on the property. Quiet Hours: •Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors, many of whom are full-time residents. Bunk Bed Safety: • Upper bunks are not suitable for children under 6 years old or individuals over 150 lbs • Top bunks are limited to single occupancy only • No horseplay on or around bunk beds • Use the provided ladder only when accessing upper bunks • Do not climb on bunk bed frames or railings Crow’s Nest & Roof Safety: •For guest safety, climbing onto the roof from the crow’s nest or any other area is strictly prohibited. •Railings and barriers are in place for safety and should never be bypassed or tampered with. •Guests assume responsibility for the safety of themselves and their party during their stay. The homeowners and property managers are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of the property, unsafe behavior, or violations of house rules. •Unauthorized access to restricted areas may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Outdoor Areas & Equipment: • Please rinse off excess sand using the outdoor shower when possible • Please return beach gear, outdoor games, and equipment to their designated areas after use • Please help us keep the game/lounge area clean and enjoyable for future guests • Please keep doors closed when possible to help prevent insects and wildlife from entering the home Fish Cleaning Station Guidelines: •Please dispose of all fish remains, bait, shrimp, and fishing waste in a securely tied trash bag and place it directly into the outdoor trash bin. •Do not place fish remains, bait, scales, hooks, or other materials down the sink drain. Water only in the sink, please. •Please rinse and wipe down all surfaces and the sink area after each use. •Do not leave bait, coolers, or fish remains outdoors overnight, as they may attract wildlife. •Guests are responsible for supplying their own knives/tools for cleaning fish. •Children should always be supervised in the fish-cleaning area.
