Nestled on a serene lot in the sought-after West Beach area of Oak Island, our beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. We are ideally located between breathtaking ocean views and tranquil marshland. Take a peaceful 2-minute stroll to the public beach access, or take a speedy 1-minute drive to 39th Street's Public Water Access that leads to the Intracoastal Waterway. You could also head down the island for a 2-mile drive to watch the sunset on the pristine beaches at The Point! We invite you to unwind in the open-concept living space filled with natural light and coastal-inspired decor. Designed with families and friends in mind, this part of the home creates a spacious gathering area for making unforgettable memories. Open the French doors to extend your living space and step onto the beautifully updated screened porch—a true outdoor oasis—where you can enjoy al fresco dining and evening breezes! Kitchen: Indulge in culinary delight with our fully stocked kitchen! The thoughtfully curated island is a great prep and mingle area for large groups. The kitchen offers casual and even the more "seasoned" chefs the opportunity to create delicious meals. The kitchen includes everything you need, from quality cookware, sharp knives, and cutting boards to ample serving dishes, silverware, and glassware. You can also enjoy the Keurig and drip coffee maker and an electric tea kettle for your coffee and tea needs. Bring the breakfast treats on by using the large griddle, double-sided waffle maker, and hand-held egg beater. When it is time for those big family fun dinners like a low country boil or king crab legs, use the 30-qt stock pot with strainer! We also offer an air fryer, a George Foreman grill, and a crockpot for added kitchen convenience. Whether whipping up a quick bite or creating a memorable meal, this kitchen makes it effortless and enjoyable! Bedrooms: Relax in the spacious upstairs primary suite, featuring a plush king-sized bed and a walk-in closet with ample storage space for luggage, including a luggage rack. Large windows and a TV create a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Directly across the hall, the second upstairs queen suite leads to the crow's nest! This light and airy room features spectacular views, a queen bed, a large dresser for storage, and a luggage rack for your convenience. While the large TV in the room can be nice, the outside deck and crow's nest make this room stand out. Take in the stunning ocean views and cool breeze, and let your worries disappear! Downstairs, the newly remodeled bunk room, a dream retreat for kids, sleeps five with two twin bunks and a full-over-full bunk with a twin trundle. The room also features a smart TV, and in the closet, you will find more blankets, toys, and games for the little ones! We also offer an extra twin blow-up mattress and a pack-and-play for added sleeping options. *Pack-and-play sheets are not included. Across the hall, you will find the other queen suite. This beautifully appointed lower-level room is perfect for guests seeking comfort and functionality. It features a new plush queen-sized mattress, a large ocean-facing window, closet space, a large smart TV, and a dedicated workspace area—ideal for remote work or study while staying steps from the beach! Whether you're here to relax, recharge, or even have to work a little bit, this space offers the best of both worlds! Make lasting memories with your family and friends. Everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation is already here—bring your sense of adventure or relaxation!

Beach House Rules We offer free parking on our property. There is a paved driveway that can fit multiple cars. We ask that you please keep your vehicles off of the gravel area alongside the paved driveway, this pathway is used as an emergency vehicle parking area as well as a path for our two neighbors homes behind our property. If more parking is needed please use the grassy area by the trash and recycle bins as extra parking spaces. Please do not park on the other wooded side of the white gravel pathway in the front of the home.  Registered Guests Only- Only the number of guests included in your booking is permitted on the property. *Unauthorized guests, including those arriving in additional vehicles, tents, or campervans, are strictly prohibited. If additional guests are found to have stayed without prior approval, they will be required to vacate the property immediately. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our home and ensures compliance with local regulations. Age Requirement for Booking- At least one Guest must be 25 years old and stay on the property for the entire duration of the booking. No Parties or Events- To maintain the safety, comfort, and integrity of our home and neighborhood, parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, extremely loud music, unregistered guests, and disruptive behavior. We kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels respectful and gatherings small and in line with the number of guests registered on the reservation. *Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, in accordance with North Carolina’s short-term rental and trespass laws. Additionally, guests may be held financially responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or fines resulting from unauthorized events. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us preserve a peaceful and respectful environment for all. No Smoking, Vaping, or E-Cigarettes allowed on the property. Quiet Hours: 11:00pm-8:00am. Please be respectful of our neighbors, some of them live here. Bunk Beds: This property includes bunk beds. Guests are advised to follow all safety instructions and warnings. The upper bunks are not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Bunk beds are equipped with guardrails as required by federal law. Use of the upper bunk is restricted to one person. No horseplay is permitted on or under the bunk beds. A ladder is provided for accessing the upper bunk. Guests are encouraged to use it carefully and avoid climbing the bed frame. Safety Notice – Roof Access Prohibited: For your safety and in accordance with property safety standards, guests are strictly prohibited from climbing onto the roof from the crow’s nest or any other area. The railings are installed to prevent falls and injuries, and tampering with or attempting to bypass them is extremely dangerous and may result in serious injury or death. *By entering and staying on the property, guests agree to assume all responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of their party. The homeowners and property managers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from negligence, misuse of the property, or violations of house rules. Any attempt to access restricted areas will result in immediate removal from the property and may incur additional penalties or legal action.
